Who Can Use Acorn

Acorn is currently offered as an invite-only preview. The person who creates an account and accepts these Terms must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where they live. A younger person may use the Service only with a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult present, and that adult remains responsible for the account and for everything done with it.

We are still building the parental controls and consent flows we want in place before offering accounts directly to younger users. Until that work is finished, accounts are held by adults.

AI-Generated Content

Applications created through the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or security vulnerabilities. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing and testing any generated content before use. We disclaim all liability for issues arising from AI-generated applications.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create malicious software, phishing content, or any material that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Payments and Refunds

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Purchased credits do not expire and remain valid for use on the Service.

Ownership

You retain ownership of applications you create using the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of the Service.
